The Lambton Federation of Agriculture is pleased to announce that a new Locally Lambton Food and Fun Map will be produced in 2012. Currently the LFA Map Committee has begun the process of soliciting donations/sponsorship to help fund the production and printing of the 2012 Map. Also a request for quote proposals from design and marketing businesses went out in November. All quotes have been received and the committee will be meeting shortly to decide upon a company.
This new map entails many hours of editing and proofing for the final map, a map launch, and another map tour. A meeting for all map participants and any sponsors that are interested will take place;

This meeting is to be constructive with the focus on the planning and organization of the 2012 map and related events. Please RSVP to Melissa Forbes at 519-466-3242
Please find enclosed a copy of the 2012 map application form. You will note that the fee has increased by $25 to $125, this is to help offset the rising costs of website updates and map production. The application form can be submitted ahead of time or at the meeting in January.
