Wetlands & Phosphorus – using wetlands to capture phosphorus runoff on farms.

Presentations by Ducks Unlimited Canada- Ontario, Rural Lambton Stewardship Network/Ontario NativeScape, and ALUS Lambton.

DUC will share preliminary results from a wetland water quality monitoring research project completed on 8 on-farm wetland conservation projects in 2019, as well as information on Ducks Unlimited Canada’s conservation program and how they’re working closely with landowners to undertake wetland projects on their property.

Curious about ALUS and how it could work for your farm? Lindsay Buchanan will share how ALUS works and answer your questions.

The event is free, but we request you RSVP so we have enough coffee & refreshments. Please RSVP to Anastassia Lagounova @ [email protected] or 519-245-3710.
