WHY: Joint Commodity Meeting to discuss the following items:

- Food Bank donations: Aim is to co-ordinate regular commodity donations with local food banks. We recognize some commodities may already have established routines for donations.
- Communications between commodities: Establish the issues and understand worries specifically affecting your commodity and encourage a united voice with our local politicians.
- Ag Advisory Board: Push to have an Ag Advisory Board set up on County Council which they proposed to do some time ago.
- Consider Federal Political Situation.
