Over 700 attendees came out to Forbesvue Farms in Lambton County to enjoy a fresh, local food breakfast on Saturday, June 20.
Forbesvue Farms, a dairy farm just outside of Sarnia, hosted the event for the second consecutive year and provided attendees the opportunity to tour and experience a working dairy farm, meet and greet local farmers and enjoy a fresh and delicious breakfast.
Farm equipment was on display and kids had the opportunity to learn more about dairy farms and enjoy various activities around the farm.
Organizers and sponsors of the event included the Lambton Federation of Agriculture, Scotiabank, Sarnia-Lambton Business Development Corporation, Egg Farmers of Ontario, Lambton Pork Producers, Libro Credit Union & Tourism Sarnia Lambton.
Each attendee received a free swag bag containing note pads, pens and agricultural information.
