Rural Economic Development Webinar Series

Save the dates for our upcoming Virtual Seminars happening on the mornings of January 18 and January 19, 2022 and our Food Hub Workshop happening on the evening of January 25, 2022.

The Ontario Rural Economic Development (RED) program, involves one-on-one meetings with a consultant to discuss things such as marketing and succession planning, virtual farm tours and a video series looking at local agricultural businesses, and an upcoming seminar series also focused on those topics.

Value-Added Agriculture – With over 2,000 farms operating more than 500,000 acres of crop, agri-business represents Sarnia-Lambton’s second largest economic sector.
