As part of Enbridge’s Public Awareness Program, three possible locations for a “Battery Storage Project” have been identified in St Clair Township for Enbridge’s Renewable Power group.
- Dow Moore Battery Power Storage project at 4534 Ladysmith Road, Corunna, ON (www.enbridge.com/dowmoore)
- Tecumseh Farm Battery Power Storage project at 3132 Tecumseh Road, Courtright, ON (www.enbridge.com/tecumsehfarm)
- Petrolia Battery Power Storage project at 1129 Petrolia Line, Corunna, ON (www.enbridge.com/petrolia)
Enbridge is planning to propose the three projects for IESO’s consideration under its Request for Proposals taking place in December 2022.
Winning bidders will be announced in February 2023 and new projects must start operating by May 2025.
